Pimp Shrimp Parmesan

What can I say this is one of my favorites. My mother used to make this for me as a kid and I still can’t get enough! This dish will absolutely blow you away with its ease and blast of flavor. It goes great with buttered noodles, rice or best yet in a sourdough roll!

  • 30 Raw Medium Shrimp Peeled
  • 2 Tblspn Butter
  • Pinch Lawry’s Seasoned Salt 
  • Pinch Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper
  • Pinch of Paprika 
  • 4 Cloves Crushed Fresh Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 Shredded Parmesan 
  • 4 Basil Leaves 
  • 1 Cup of Marinara Sauce

Preheat your oven to 350 Deg F. In a medium frying pan on high heat sautee Butter, Garlic, Shrimp, Salt, Pepper, and Paprika until shrimp turn pink and are cooked about 7-10 minutes depending on the stove. Put seasoned cooked shrimp into a round bake safe dish and top with half of the Marinara Sauce. Cover that in the Mozzarella Cheese and then pour the remainder of the Marinara Sauce over that. Top with the Parmesan Cheese and Basil Leaves then bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Last step is always most important EAT UP and ENJOY!
