I finished my trip Up North with a BANG! We took some Home Brewed Pale Ale, courtesy of 510 Brewing Co. (aka Suds or Duds crew) and made some rockin Hoisin Ribs. These are so fun and easy to make, they should be a standard at all of your dinner parties! You can also check out the latest Beer Pairing with these Ribs here. The video camera literally died right before the end of the shoot so I added some bonus footage for your enjoyment.

Preheat oven to 300 Deg. F Place ribs in deep roasting pan and pour Beer over them. Cover tightly with heavy duty aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours. When ribs are cool enough to handle cut rack into individual ribs. In mixing bowl whisk Soy Sauce, White and Brown Sugar along with Hoisin Sauce together until smooth. Cover the ribs in half of the sauce. PLace ribs on BBQ at High Heat and continue to baste with remaining Sauce, turning ever couple minutes. Should take ten minutes total on BBQ to get that beautiful glaze. Last step is most important, plate them and chow down!
