While spending some time in Northern California, I was invited over to co-host a cooking / beer pairing show with some very cool people. Deano and Mr.Trav from SudsorDudsTV are Beer Lovers to the extreme and I personally like to classify them as “Beer Professionals.” I thought a Dill Salmon might be something really fun to pair Beer with. We get to sample a couple brews from the Dundee Brewery. The Salmon turned out amazing and if you top it off with a cold brew, it’s about as good as it gets right there. Needless to say we had a great time! If you haven’t seen a SudsorDuds show this is a great taste.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place Salmon Fillet on foil covered baking sheet and sprinkle on a little salt and pepper. In a bowl mix Mayo, Lemon Juice, Dill, and Garlic. Pour mixture over salmon and spread out evenly across the meat. Place Salmon in oven and bake for 25 minutes. Crack open a great bottle of brew and enjoy your meal. (Last step is crucial!)
