Chili Honey Short Ribs


These have to be one of my favorites! Chili Honey Short Ribs slow cooked in beer. These will blow your mind. Luckily my friends over at Suds or Duds TV were able to recommend a perfect Ale for this recipe, called Firestone Walker Pale 31. You can check out their review here.

Ingredients
  • 8 Short Ribs Bone-in
  • 1 Serrano Chili Sliced with seeds (optional)
  • 2 Jalapenos Chopped with seeds
  • 2 Pasilla Chili Peppers Chopped and seeded
  • 1 Small Onion Finely Chopped
  • 4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Stalks Celery Chopped
  • 4 Tblspn Soy Sauce
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 6 Tblspn Honey
  • 1 12oz Bottle Firestone Pale 31
