These Mushroom Sliders are great because they are fun, easy and taste amazing. The general idea of making a Turkey Burger stuffed into a Portobello Mushroom just makes me happy. These tasty Sliders can be served in a bun or topped with a leafy salad. I was totally excited to be able to taste some beer recommended from the crew over at SudsorDuds and that specific episode with the Widmer Hef can be seen here These guys are always very knowledgeable and entertaining. I can’t wait to hear what you guys think of this great meal idea.
Ingredients
- -1 Package Ground Turkey
- -Portobello Mushrooms (1 Per Slider)
- -Worcestershire Sauce Drizzle
- -Lemon Pepper / Paprika / Steak Seasoning (to taste)
- -Baby Spinach
- –Honey Mustard Dressing (tossed in spinach)
- -Large Slice Tomato
