Sauteed Vegetable Gnocchi

Gnocchi is like little delicious globs of doughy goodness. If you’ve never had it, then you’re missing out! This recipe is simple and tasty. Using peppers and mushrooms to layer on subtle earthy flavors to the potatoey Gnocchi, I think we have a winner! The greatest thing about this recipe is that you can add any of your favorite vegetables to mix and have it cater more to your taste.
Ingredients:
- 1 Package potato Gnocchi
- Lemon Juice to taste
- 1 Package fresh grape tomatos
- 1 Pasilla Chili (seeded and chopped)
- 1 Package sliced white mushrooms
- Dash of Salt
- Dash of Cracked Black Pepper
- Dash Lemon Pepper
- Dash Paprika
